Drop up to 20 Pounds in 40 Days”. The twist with this recipe book
is that you can make all of these recipes in your crock pot. Do the
prep the night before, drop everything into the crock pot in the
morning and fire it up. When you get home in the evening you will
have a fantastic meal ready to go. We even threw in breakfast and
